   • Sell original, self-designed products
   • Have IG presence
   • But don't sell on major marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa)
2. Identify top 3 reasons for marketplace avoidance
3. Based on these insights, create a compelling value proposition to encourage them to list on Alle.
