We’re assembling the founding team and are looking for an ML Engineer with experience in building content recommendation systems. As part of your role, you will gain extensive exposure to building Gen-AI and LLM-based applications. You will work closely with the founders to bring this vision to reality.

Your responsibilities will include:

• System Development: Design, develop, and deploy systems that recommends looks and products tailored to user preferences and behaviours.
• Data Analysis & Modeling: Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and patterns that inform model development. Implement and test various recommendation algorithms to improve conversion.
• Optimization & Scaling: Optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability. Ensure systems can handle increasing volumes of data and user queries efficiently.
• Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate these systems into the product, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in ML, data science, or a related field, with hands-on expertise in building, deploying & improving a recommendation systems (preferably for large-scale B2C companies)
• Quick learner and technical problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience working in fast-paced startups is a big plus
